A welcome break from the One Direction touring schedule finds Harry Styles in Los Angeles, where he’s been enjoying some down time before the show resumes significantly further north, in Canada.

But leisurely pursuits took a back seat on Friday as the singer made an appearance at a hotel in downtown Beverley Hills, where he was attending a meeting – one what amounted to his last day’s holiday ahead of the band’s next show in Toronto.

Harry, 20, looked typically casual in a blue and white check shirt, skinny jeans and trademark Chelsea boots while striding into the building with an older female companion.

With his eyes hidden behind a pair of sunglasses and his wide brimmed hat held with a bulging brown bag in his left hand, he was in good cheer following what appeared to be a brief shopping spree.

The singer and his four bandmates have been enjoying prolonged breaks from their Where We Are stadium tour, which takes in 69 shows across Europe, North America and South America.

Fans will be able to relive the band’s world tour with the release of a concert film which is to be screened in cinemas around the world.
